The loan period starts when our operations team submits a certificate of completion to Service Fiance. After the roofing project is completed our team will reach out to the homeowner to confirm and will start the loan period. 

Depending on your credit score, the financing company may respond with a counter offer which may be different terms from your chosen plan.  If you are not approved for any plans, you will be notified.  In this case there are a number of options available such as government programs.

There are no prepayment penalties with any plan.

Yes! Co-applicants can be added to any plan and do not have to be a homeowner on the project.

Most applications are processed immediately. Some may require additional review that can take 2-3 days.
